Our Story
We operate as a non-profit relief organization, focused on humanitarian aid, education, and community development. From distributing food to impoverished households to empowering youth through education, Africa Amanah Foundation (AAF) strives to be a lifeline for those most in need.
Our Goals
Promoting education, especially for children and young people, through various initiatives and support to enhance learning, development, and access to educational opportunities
Providing support and assistance to individuals suffering from water poverty, illness and hunger through a mix of direct aid and community led projects
In the Gambia, contaminated water steals health, time and opportunity. Children miss school fetching water and families battle preventable diseases, we believe change flows from the ground up by bringing safe water directly to communities
Our Team
Our team includes an Executive board based in London and the Gambia who work with the International Director in Hong Kong. It is truly a global effort to organise outreach programs, build partnerships, raise awareness and work tirelessly on the ground to uplift lives and restore dignity.
